Daily workout sessions

Joie Ruggiero will lead you in daily high-intensity, and restorative workout sessions, designed to challenge your body and mind. Joie's philosophy of achieving balance and pleasure in life begins with listening to the whispers of your body and finding the strength to execute each step toward your goals with precision, intention, and grace. Get ready to challenge your body and mind against the backdrop of the pristine beauty, and healing mana, or life force, of the Hawaiian islands.

Local farm to table menu

In keeping with our inherent kuleana, or responsibility, to Mother Earth, you will enjoy a menu of locally grown and responsibly harvested foods that support total mind/body synergy and optimization. Two meals a day are included with your tuition. On the final night of your stay, you will enjoy a special farm-to-table sunset feast on one of the most beautiful vistas on the slopes of Haleakala.

Raised on the beautiful island of Maui, Joie began training in dance and personal development at an early age. After over a decade of working with some of the top names in boutique fitness in NYC, Los Angeles and abroad she had her first child and launched her own brand, Haumea Athletics. With masterful knowledge of the human kinetic chain, Joie empowers her clients to become deeply mindful of their bodies and how they relate to the world thereby effecting long-lasting and definitive change, physically, mentally and emotionally

Born and raised in Maui, Hawaii, Elise has spent the last ten years living in New York City, the last twelve practicing yoga, and dancing since the start. Elise seeks to teach in a way that inspires students to nourish their spirits and challenge their bodies and minds. Her teaching is a braiding of many lineages with heavy influence from Katonah Yoga and Yoga Tune Up® — she is currently based in NYC where she teaches privately at Sky Ting and Dou Yoga.
